Almost 25 weeks...ALREADY?!

Well, here we are....I will be 25 weeks in 2 days! I can't believe how fast time has gone by so far!
I am feeling good, but tired, and not sleeping much anymore, but I know it will be so worth it, and I know its just the beginning of no sleep :) So far I haven't really bought anything for Knowley (that is what we are naming her) because I am waiting for my baby showers to see what I am going to get! Its hard waiting though--because I am dying to start buying stuff and putting stuff together! Patience, patience, that is what I am learning!

I am still working hard and will continue to do so after the baby comes, only part-time though and from home! Thank you work for working with me!

Well things are going good and below is a picture of me at 7 weeks and 24 weeks! So cool to see how the body changes! But, it will be nice to be skinnier again! :)

Almost 21 weeks update!

In 2 days I will be 21 weeks...wow...time goes by fast! We found out we are having a precious little girl, and we are too excited! We can't wait to meet her! Seeing the ultra sound was so cool...to see her face...little hands..feet! What an amazing feeling...I had some teary eyes but no tears! I can not wait to be a mom! All I want to do is buy stuff for her already!, but I am trying to hold back and wait to see what I get from baby showers and such!
My little girl doesn't move much...and if she is I don't feel her that much. But tonight for 20 minutes straight she was VERY active....and usually I only feel her on 5 minute intervals...so it was very exciting to feel her moving/kicking for that long :) I hope she does it tomorrow too!
All is well, just working full time still and trying to get as much rest as possible! We feel so blessed already!

15.5 Weeks!

Well, I can't seem to keep my blog updated, time goes by so fast! I will be 16 weeks in 2 days! I can't believe it. My stomach is getting bigger, and thankfully I have been feeling not as sick the last two weeks because my doctor put me on Zofran! That stuff is amazing...no throwing up at all! The doctor said he will keep prescribing it to me as long as I need it (doesnt hurt the baby at all)!

We have had two check ups with the doctor, when I was 11 weeks and 15 weeks. Both appointments went great and the babies heart beat is staying between 159-169bpm, So that is really good. We haven't had an ultrasound yet, but we will when I am around 20 weeks, this is when we get to find out the gender of the baby! We can't wait!!

My symptoms of pregnancy are still just really tired, somewhat sick, headaches time to time, peeing all the time, and weird food cravings. These haven't been really weird yet, but im sure they will get weirder as I get farther along in pregnancy.

I am just taking it week by week, and still working full time, and just doing the norm, can't wait to really start feeling the baby move. I think I feel it move time to time now..just light flutters, but im ready for a more distinct feeling!

Week 10!

So... I am currently 10 weeks and 2 days today! Still sick, I have better days than others. Lately I have had a lot of bad days...oh the sickness, its horrible, but I have heard its a good sign that the baby is growing healthy and all is well! So thats what helps keep me going and of course knowing the sweet little thing will be in my arms before I know it. The more I think about it the more excited I get. I mean c'mon I am a quarter done already only 3 more to go, right? I can get excited already!

We have our first appointment on Tuesday! So looking forward to hearing the little heartbeat:) :) Ah, reality, its just so crazy, but AWESOME!

Next Friday we head to TN for Christmas for a week and we are SOO excited. Well I am, I know Brad is too. I cannot wait to see my family and my little nephew! I only went home once this year and was only really home for three days due to travel to Brads Basic Training Graduation, so it will so great to just relax with my family, and Brad right beside me. My momma's home cooking is for sure calling my name! Also, grandmas too! (Praying I won't be as sick then!)

I love going home....I love that care-free relax feeling I get when I am there. That comfort I suppose. I know I have that within my own home, but its different being home home. Excited for the family traditions that we do together, and I love that there is food at every event. Have I mentioned how excited I am to eat some delicious mexican food! Utah doesn't seem to have any good mexican restaraunts to me, it is different out east I suppose! lol

So happy to see my beautiful loving family, and for the future! :)

Pregnancy!

So, yes. We are pregnant. Currently I am 9.5 weeks pregnant and still very sick. Oh the sickness can be so hard some days when I am trying to go to work and everything. Throwing up is pretty much the normal these days. I have learned as long as I keep my stomach full I do not get sick..so I am trying my hardest to keep my stomach full, but than its hard to do that because no food looks good. It's pretty much a lose-lose situation but I know it will be so worth it.

Brad and I are so happy that we are going to be parents. It is still very hard to believe that we are going to be parents. Ah, its crazy! We can't wait to find out the sex of our baby and all the fun times to come!

Our first Dr. Appt will be December 14th, coming up soon! We are looking forward to hearing the heart beat and such. We have already done this and got our first ultra sound because there is a place in the mall out here that you can get them done, so at 7 weeks 2 days we went and had that done. Got to see our little fetus and hear the heart beat, again it seemed unreal, I was like "are you sure thats in my stomach??" So much fun!

Well I am going to try to update week to week on changes and what is going on with me, so for now, just keep trekking it through the sickness :) Trying to have a smile on my face. Also I have exhaustion, lol, so thats hard some days too!The day we found out picture! Around 4 weeks then.
Here I am at about 9 weeks! Only a slight change. (but I feel bigger due to bloating all the time)First baby hold picture! lolHere is the baby at 7 weeks 2 days...so little. crazy to think its tripled the size since than!

Christmas Decor for 2010

Christmas 2010! Here are some of our decorations! every year I try to get something new and obviously I am in love with Snowmen! They are too cute. So a lot of my decor is snowmen. Enjoy the pictures :)

Scrapbooking...??

On October 22 I went to my first scrap booking event in Idaho with my mother-in-law, and sister-in-law's. You needed to bring your own stuff (in which I did not have) but I did make some really cute cards and it was good to just spend time with the girls in the family. Maybe next year I can go again....and maybe have some scrapbooking stuff to participate more!

Ice Cream :)

So one of my favorite things to do is eat ice cream (okay not ever since this pregnancy though) I love ice cream. Sub Zero ice cream is one of my favorites. Brad and I went one night, and it was so delicious and fun. This was right before I found out I was pregnant, and it was the last time I ate ice cream :) Here are some pics from that night.

Okay ALL. My goal is to update this blog weekly, telling about what is going on with my life and of course pregnancy. I think it will be a fun way to look back and see how I felt and the changes my body went through. I am really excited about this and of course I hope to make this a great habit so when the baby comes I can update his/her life along with ours.

So lets see how this goes!

Well its here! Brad will be home on Friday for good, unless he gets deployed! Lets not hope for that....Cant wait! Nothing else to say....
